In Bydalsfjällen we have several popular restaurants, each with its individual specialties, theme nights and apres ski specials; during the winter season often with some kind of entertainment.
Take a look at the restaurants in the menu to the left and remember to reserve a table for the theme nights.
Also consult the weekly programme( published one week in advance) for special theme nights and events.

Fjällhalsen

On-slope restaurant by the treeline.
Reached by transport routes from the ski area. Large sunny terrace, fully-licensed and themenights.
Open on 27 December at 11.00 The restaurant is open every day of the week from 11.00

Wednesdays ( some weeks also on Tuesdays):     Fondue night from 18.30
The restaurant closes at 17.00 for preperations                               
Thursdays:     Jämland conty buffet from 18.00

Fridays:     Fillet buffet from 18.30

Restaurant in Bydalens wärdshus by the Bydalens lifts. Come straight from the slopes for lunch or apres ski. Served here is the course of the day, a la carte or coffes.
We also organise apres ski and frequently theme nights such as our traditional soapstone dinner.

Open from 12.00 every day of the week.

Restaurang Drommen

In the heart of Bydalsfjällen,next to Dromskåran- a canyon from the Ice Age, lies restaurant Drommen with a grand wilderness on the doorstep.

We serve hungry skiers good and carefully prepared food, sandwiches, soups, waffles, pizzas, lunch of the day, including fresh salads and coffees.

In the evening the restaurant changes inti a cosy mountain restaurant.
The meny offers traditional Swedish dishes such as planked steak, with local specialities including reindeer, char, cheese from Skärvången and to conclude the dinner, sample the award-winning goat´s whey chocolate truffle.

Food and fine wines in delightful harmony is the ever-burning passion for our sommelier Marie Sällström. The wine list presents delightful wines from all parts of teh world. Many of the wines stem from vineyards that we have visited and have speciai knowledge of.

Fjällgården Gräftåvallen

At Fjällgården we tempt with buffet lunches, apres ski, pub, ala carte, coffee with home-made buns, theme nights.
Soapstone dinner - a tasty and exitic culinary experience.
We heat a slab of soapstone and bring it to your table for you to cook you own meat; served with potatoes au gratin, tasty sauces and salad. Please note that resevatioins are necessary for the soapstone dinners.

The menu includes various dishes, based on local produce from the the woods and lakes.
The menu suits all thre members of the family.
Those who prefer to dine their rented chalet are welcome to call us with take-away orders.

Höglekardalens fjällpensionat

Restaurant Bergkristallen, located in the village Höglekardalen, fully licensed and cafe always with home-made buns and pastries.
Half or dinner board. dinner is served every day from 18.00, reservations required no later than 10.00 on the day in question.
